Culture says "hustle hard and you'll get what you work for."

We don't believe this is inaccurate, we just do not believe it is effective or attainable. Rest is a pause. Rest is human. Rest can feel superhuman. Rest is biblical.

Perfection is not attainable and will is destructive. It's okay to aim for it, but being flexible with your journey, growth, goals, and others is the glue that bonds your desired goals and ambitions to long-lasting results.

Identifying what you are responsible for is vital to performance and growth. Your response to this responsibility is equally as imperative to longevity.

Compassion is the tone and the voice of grace and care. It's a step past empathy and allows for the opportunity to mentally and emotionally experience what you or someone else is experiencing. Having a compassionate voice within ourselves actually improves how we perform and engage in challenges or adversity. It's the fertilizer for growth. 

Discernment is the particular skill and ability to obtaining (spiritual) guidance and understanding about a particular situation. 

In terms of performance, this may include knowing when to challenge oneself, take an opportunity, rest or retire, or trust, etc.
